From 1 October 2009, Land Registry, Birkenhead (Rosebrae) Office and Land Registry, Birkenhead (Old Market) Office will become one proper office. This will be known as Land Registry, Birkenhead Office.

The new office will operate from Rosebrae Court, Woodside Ferry Approach, Birkenhead, Mersyside CH41 6DU, which is currently the site of the Birkenhead (Rosebrae) Office. The DX address will be DX No 24270 Birkenhead (4)

Customer Information Centre

The Customer Information Centre at the Birkenhead (Old Market) Office will close on 21 August 2009. The Customer Information Centre at the Birkenhead (Rosebrae) Office will remain open.
