Scroll bar problems

You may be experiencing a problem with scrolling: reaching the bottom of the right-hand vertical scroll bar despite clearly not being at the bottom of the page.  This is probably because your browser window has divided the page up with two separate vertical scroll bars on the right-hand side, one of them currently being hidden.

To show the hidden vertical scroll bar, move along to the right of the bottom horizontal scroll bar. You can then move up and down the full page using a combination of the two right hand vertical scroll bars.
