If any of them significantly affect practice or procedures, we consult formally, in accordance with the Code of Practice on Consultations (external website, berr.gov.uk).
Anyone can comment during a Land Registry consultation. The discussion period normally lasts for 12 weeks and the observations we receive can make a difference. You can either respond by email or by post. |
